Last year more than 40% of Cyber-NY's database work involved repairing, patching or replacing other developer's work that was less than 2 years old. In many cases, a discount solution results in system limitations or failure in the not-so-distant future.
At Cyber-NY, we complete all work using standardized programming techniques with comment codes in English. We do not use short cuts that can compromise a project and we inform our clients of any structural irregularities that we encounter and provide recommendations for the best solution to fit your needs. All of our work is documented and version tracked on our internal CVS system.
Prior to launch of a new database application, Cyber-NY rigorously tests all functions under multiple user scenarios that include multiple operating systems and browser types. Upon completion of our work, our documentation allows other qualified developers to service the application or Cyber-NY can provide ongoing support on a subscription or per-project basis.
Our development is covered by a 30, 60 or 90-day post-launch optimization period depending on the complexity of the application. During this time we work with your team to improve performance during actual live usage. All of our changes are implemented on a duplicate staging server and tested prior to transfer to the live database.
