The Forest Moon Festival is your gateway to relive the enchantment of the Star Wars saga where some of its most memorable scenes were shot. Prepare to transport yourself into the world of Ewoks and experience the thrill of Endor right here on Earth! Nestled in the lush, awe-inspiring redwoods of Northern California, the festival ground brings you closer to the cinematic grandeur experienced by the likes of Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and Princess Leia. It's a perfect setting that naturally mirrors the mysterious and adventurous spirit of the Forest Moon of Endor.

Whether you are a die-hard Star Wars enthusiast or a newbie caught in the cosmic wind, there's something for everyone! From cosplay competitions, panel discussions with Star Wars experts, and screenings of The Empire Strikes Back, to guided tours showcasing specific filming locations – your festival experience will be nothing short of epic.  

Stroll through exhibitions featuring Star Wars memorabilia and artworks inspired by the saga. As evening falls, the forest comes alive with music echoing through the trees, featuring bands and orchestras that bring the iconic score of John Williams to life right where it once soundtracked intergalactic adventures. Bring your little Padawans along for exciting children's activities, including face painting, storytelling sessions, and educational walks about the flora and fauna of the redwood forest, all themed around Star Wars and environmental consciousness.

Interactive Experiences

Join the hunt as a Star Wars-themed bounty hunter, or collect passport badges using the Film Experience App built on Logic CMX.  But be prepared to answer challenges along the way before scanning QR codes to claim your prize.  Cyber-NY built the Film Experience app on our Logic CMX platform with fun features, light saber and blaster battle sound effects, schedules, and festival registration. Engage in Jedi training sessions, lightsaber dueling classes, and get an opportunity to meet and greet characters from the Star Wars universe.
