Introducing Logic CMX

 

After 25 amazing years as Cyber-NY, we are excited to announce our rebranding as Logic CMX as we continue to transform our solutions to meet the changing needs of clients and the industry at large.  The transformation to Logic CMX is planned to be completed by the end of this year and is part of a journey we first started in 2020 with the launch of Logic CMS version 1. 

Logic CMX is more than a name change. Our latest generation platform marks an expansion beyond websites and into streaming services, customer experience, and connected apps.  It also signifies a move from our traditional agency structure to a platform subscription service.  By changing the name, Cyber-NY is demonstrating its commitment to the Logic platform for unsurpassed delivery of services to our clients and their customers.  

 

 

The Story Behind The Name

Cyber-NY has aways been entrenched in the IF/Then logic of computer science and business strategy.  So it was only natural to name our first platform Logic CMS, (short for Content Management Solution), since everything we build is based on logic.  As the Logic platform evolved, it became more than a content management solution... We were building customer experiences, often referred to as CX.  So Logic CMS became Logic CMX.  The X represents change, experience, and the unknown.  It can signify a goal, or an undefined quantity that is needed to make things work.  X marks the spot. And that is how we became Logic CMX.

About the Business

As Logic CMX moves to the forefront of our business operations, Cyber-NY (CYBER NY Corp) remains the parent company.  Existing Logic CMS clients will be ported over to Logic CMX by Q1 of 2024.  Currently, all new initiatives are being deployed on the Logic CMX platform.  Advanced beta testing is available for clients on a case-by-case basis.  

The move to Logic CMX as an organization will allow us to focus efforts, seek investment, and simplify communication, while updating our client relationships and business operations to match current best practices.
