Since 1981, Central Restaurant has been the single resource for many restaurants, schools, and hospitals to purchase their restaurant equipment and supplies through distributors, catalogs, or directly online.
Multichannel marketing and sales require coordination across diverse platforms as well as an understanding of their related technologies and how they interconnect. Cyber-NY partnered with Central’s marketing, IT, catalog publishing, ERP, and sales teams to structure a new website that provided an integrated and seamless customer experience.
The new Central Restaurant website utilizes product details and photography from assets managed by the catalog publishing systems. Order and product availability data are communicated directly from and to the ERP system with details made available to the customer via their secure account.
