Originally airing for 11 seasons from 1988 to 1999, Mystery Science Theater 3000 immediately won over fans and became one of the most beloved cult TV shows of all time, making a human mind experiment more entertaining than anyone could have predicted. In 2015, fans of MST3K (known as "MSTies") united behind a record-breaking Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign to revive the show for a brand new, 14-episode season that premiered on Netflix in 2017. The next generation cast is led by host Jonah Ray.

The relaunch of MST3K required a free-standing ecommerce website to support the premier on Netflix with branded merchandise. The shop site would need to be branded exclusively for MST3K while connecting to a separate back-end product database and fan management CRM system.

Cyber-NY first designed a branded interface for the MST3K store by coordinating with the teams at MST3K and Shout! Factory. Then a custom storefront system was developed on our Logic Cloud Platform that allowed us to connect to the external product management system at Shout! Factory and use a single sign-on (SSO) to connect to the fan management system.
